What is SNR?

SNR stands for Single Number Rating. It’s a standardized European measure, expressed in decibels, that indicates the level of sound attenuation an earplug provides.

For example, an SNR of 27dB means noise exposure is reduced by approximately 27 decibels.

All certified values are determined through independent laboratory testing in line with ISO standards.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

As our product can be available in several packaging versions, we don’t have a standard MOQ.

How long does it take to receive my private label products?

For our non-PPE products, the lead time between the signature of the contract and the first delivery of the products is up to 4 months.

For PPE products that require a CE marking, the lead time is up to 8 months.

Are your products compliant with European regulations?

All our PPE Products are EU certified – EN352-2:2020 and are in compliance with regulation 2016/425

How can I clean my earplugs?

The wax balls, muffles, silicone and foam earplugs are single use products; they are not meant to be cleaned.

The Aqua and Reusable earplugs can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap.

Why is there cotton around the wax balls?

The cotton is made to be removed before use, it’s only here to avoid the wax ball to melt into each other.
